Harvest of Koroneiki olives end of November to early December.
Olives are delivered within 24hours of harvest to the press and bottling facility.
Olives are unloaded from burlap sacks onto conveyor.
Olives are separated from foliage and washed.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted using centrifugation and environmental control systems - Cold Extraction.
